Client commissioned for the removal and replacement of Shower area and tiling walls (creating 2 built in shelves), also to replace heated towel rail, sink and installing 6 new downlight's from a central ring – laying mosaic floor tiles to finish. Client chose to decorate which would make the job more cost effective for them.

The original bathroom started out quite small, so client asked for old bathroom suite to be taken out, wall to bedroom to be removed and a new one to be erected. We then installed a ceramic shower tray, thermostatic shower, wall hung drawer with basin and a wall hung toilet. We then had to create power source over the sink to accommodate 2 wall hung light fittings either side of mirror and a shaving/tooth brush socket hidden at the side of sink.

This room was completely gutted and at clients request original pipe work (which was all surface mounted) was either hidden behind walls or placed under flooring. Room was re-plastered, tiled and a Roll top bath was then installed with free standing taps, toilet and double basin.
